As you probably know by now I’m a huge Miranda Lambert fan. One of my favs is Famous In A Small Town and I LOVE LOVE LOVE her black top/jeans outfit in this video. I know all the gals out there are gonna love it too. Refresh your memory:

Wear It: Baggage Claim

Did y’all catch this performance of Miranda Lambert’s Baggage Claim at the 2011 CMA Awards? It’s now become her official video for Baggage Claim. Miranda always has fun outfits and I think she looks great in black…go check it out.

I love the black outfit with those pops of silver she has in her wide belt and jacket. And you know what they always say ladies…black is very slimming! This is how I’d go about putting together a black and silver outfit, Langston’s style.

So that’s how I’d do a silver and black outfit. Those boots are a MUST and you can either add a silver belt like Miranda or a big chunky necklace, or bracelet or like we’ve selected a big ring. In the words of Miranda Lambert’s Baggage Claim, come and get it!

I thought I’d do a holiday version of Wear It this week! Today I’m going to show you an adorable outfit Katie Armiger is wearing in her “I Just Want to Be With You For Christmas” video. Check it out and then we’ll discuss:

So, basically this outfit entails a plaid tunic-y type of top, a tank underneath, some skinny jeans/jeggings/leggings and some boots. Well, ladies, Langston’s has all these things! Check them out!

So what do y’all think? Personally, I think this outfit is TURBO cute! I’d just add a little cropped jacket, scarf and beret like she has in the beginning of the video and BAM, outfit is totally duplicated and maybe even a little cuter if I do say so myself.

New Brands

A couple new brands went up this week that really caught my eye.

This Jody Women’s V-Neck Distressed T-Shirt comes in both red and gray. I really can’t decide which I like best, but I LOVE the stud accents on the shoulder.

This short sleeve tee by Witness is long enough to rock with jeggings or leggings and it has pockets on the side. It is everything I want in a comfy weekend tee.

Need a new work look? This Cowl Neck Burn Out T-Shirt by Witness could easily work with black pants and a jacket for work, or rock it with jeans and boots for a casual weekend look.
