Amy is up this week with her picks. She starts with the Poppy tee by Stetson that was recently featured in People Magazine. She said, “the shirt is very pretty and flirty.” I agree, it is one of my favorites!!
Paired with the tee, she picked this necklace because, ” it looks pretty awesome with this shirt.”
“These jeans are very dark and matches well with anything.” This is the perfect description for these Cruel Girl jeans. They have a low rise, bootcut leg and a relaxed hip and thigh.
Amy picked Justin boots to complete her look. “I like the square toe of the and the color is beautiful.” The J-Flex flexible comfort system on these boots makes them great to wear all day, or out for a night on the town.

Up this week in our employee picks, Rachel.
Rachel chose this 100% cotton dress by Panhandle Slim. She said, ” Ilove the different colors on the dress, the form-fitted shape, and the layering on bottom make it stand out.” It has an all over blue floral and check print, two layers of ruffles at the bottom, adjustable shoulder straps and light shirring on the front bodice.
For her boots, Rachel chose Corral. She said ” I like the boots for their solid black color, and I love the cross cut-outs and rhinestone accents on them.”
This Western Charm necklace with black beading coordinates perfectly with the silver cross earrings. You can wear them together or separately. Rachel said, “the necklace w/ earrings are similar to the boots I chose and I think they go well with the dress. ”
To mix it up a bit, Rachel also picked out a pair of jeans. “You can pair these jeans with the dress as well to convert it into a top. I love to mix and match!” These skinny flare jeans work well under long tops due to their slim shape.

This week our picks are from Greg. He is a true cowboy.
Greg chose the black over the white when picking his shirt, but don’t let his love of the color black fool you, he’s a hero not a villain in this western! The belt is a must, as Greg puts it, because “all cowboys believe.” It has silver hardware and detail, distressed leather and embossed detail. The Cowboy Prayer detail is in silver. The jeans are as classic as they come. Great fit, easy to wear color. The j-flex comfort sole on these Justin Bent Rail boots makes them the perfect every day boot. The black/toast color combo is one of my favorites.

This week our picks are from Athena.
For herself, Athena chose these Derek Heart tank tops. Althena said, “tank tops are my favorite thing to wear. I love all the colors that these come in. They are [erfect for Spring and Summer.” I agree with her. These are a great staple item. You can layer them under sweaters and button up tops in Fall and Winter, and leave them solo in the Spring and Summer. They are 100% cotton, and for aded compfort they are tagless!
Athena also picked these great Rock and Roll Cowgirl Jeans. She chose them for the dark rinse and the nailhead trim on the pocket flaps, belt loops, and front pockets. They are 98% cottom with 2% spandex, so they fit great all day long.
Athena picked this men’s necklace becuase it reminds her of one her brother has. This could be a gift for him, or she could for sure rock it herself.
These great Kids boots were her last pick for this week. These boots feature a double stitch welt with a TPR outsole and 4LR technology. This week we have Buddy. His advice is priceless and cracks me up. Funny, yes – but I also can’t say that I don’t agree with him!
Buddy says, “It’s 2011 and you want your cowgirl to be fly whether she is sitting in the stands cheering you on, or out there winning with the rest of the girls. I made these choices because it is what’s going on today.”
According to Buddy , “In this, you’ll get everyone’s attention, trust me. So ladies don’t be afraid to step outside the box, andtry something new. LOOK GOOD AT ALL TIMES !!!!” Ah, pearls of wisdom aren’t they?
I have to tell you, this combo makes me smile. The slight yellow accent on the blue shirt paired with the pink of the boots. It is unexpected, yet totally works. Plus the shirt is 100% cotton and extra comfortable. The detailing on the belt adds a bit of shine and kind of wakes everything up. Well done Buddy. This week we have Abby here sharing with us her Spring look.
I think the corner stone of this outfit is the top. Such a great spring shirt. Abby told me that spring colors are her favorite. The pewter stud detail on these jeans give them the perfect amount of oomph without going too over the top. They are a slim fit with a flare leg. Abby said, “these jeans are super cute, very stylish and the perfect color.” She added that she “…had not seen these jeans anywhere else.” Always nice to have a jean in your closet that isn’t on everyone else you see!
Abby chose these Justin boots for their color and their detailing. Many people say that the shoes make the outfit, but Abby said, “I have always believed the accessories are the finishing touch to a great outfit.” I agree with her when she asks, “who could go wrong with these earrings?”

Karen picked these Adiktd jeans for the color and the detailing on the pocket. The destruction on them is subtle, so they are an easy to wear jean in both casual environments and also dressed up. She picked the shirt for it’s “contemporary western look”, and the necklace and earrings have an antique look that she likes. Finishing off the outfit are Corral boots. Karen said, “the boots are very cute and the design is similar to what is on the jeans.”

To start off, Lauren picked a button down shirt because “it is classy yet super stylish.” I agree with Lauren. It is the perfect canvas for fun accessories like the earrings and necklace she chose. She said she picked them because they are both simple and understated. Lauren added a jacket to her look because here in Oklahoma we are still getting our fair share of chilly days. On the bottom she chose Lucky jeans. She said they are “stretchy so I can stay comfortable going out or staying in, but I don’t have to worry about them growing a size.” I hate that…when jeans increase a size over the course of the day! With these you won’t have that issue. As for the boots, “to support my team in my own way, without the billboard.” Don’t worry, if OU isn’t your team…we have many others in stock!

Up this week is Emily with her outfit pick. A girl after my own heart, she picked one of my favorite pairs of Corral boots. Emily describes her style saying “I like to dress up but still keep it casual.”
In describing her picks, Emily said “I just love this necklace by Lucky. It matches anything and everything! These Corral boots are so colorful. They’re the perfect finish to almost any outfit. The turquoise undershirt brings out the turquoise in the boots and the white top lets it do that subtly.” I couldn’t agree more. This is an outfit I would certainly rock.
