I thought I’d start a little series here highlighting albums I love. And when they end up in this series it’s because I love so many of the songs on the album that it’s hard to pick which one is my favorite song on the album. I’m sure you have albums like this yes?
I thought I’d start first with someone you may not have heard of…Robert Earl Keen. He’s a Texas country artist, but if you have never heard of him, please please please acquaint yourself! This is by far my favorite album he’s ever made. No. 2 Live Dinner. I can’t even tell you which song is my favorite, as stated above. There are so many fantastic songs on here. Gringo Honeymoon, The Road Goes On Forever, Mariano, Sonora’s Death Row, Dreadful Selfish Crime….you must listen to all of them.
I love these jeans. Levi’s 524 Skinny Zip Jeans. That ankle zipper is just the right amount of detail. It adds a bit of toughness but without going over the top. And did I mention they are only $30?

According to several new outlets, like this People Magazine article, Shania Twain and Frédéric Thiébaud were married in Puerto Rico on New Year’s Day. Have you heard their story? It might not be a “traditional” love story – but they found each other and found love. And a wedding is the prefect way to start the new year. We wish them the very best.
A very light week in terms of appearances by our favorite country artists. This week we have a lot of Tim McGraw because of Country Strong opening this week. I definitely don’t have a problem with TOO MANY appearances by Tim McGraw!
